Delete your WhereAtt account

Delete it in the app

• Open WhereAtt and tap your avatar (Profile).
• Scroll down and tap "Delete account".
• Confirm. The account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Can't use the app?

Email stepoun83@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my WhereAtt account" and the phone number you registered with. We may ask you to confirm that the number is yours, and we will delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account, phone number, profile (name, avatar color, profile photo) and notification tokens.
• Your location.
• Your group memberships and the groups you own, including their events, chats and photos.
• Events you created and all messages and photos you added in other groups.

What we keep

Records of WhereAtt Pro purchases (order ID, date, status) are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, no longer linked to your account. Short-term server logs expire on their own.
